Top stars for Excellent service all round, The staff are awesome, reception are so nice and helpful and cheerful, put me in a good mood, very affordable they estimated and charged accordingly, no surprises, and they went the extra mile, atmosphere is perfect, refreshments and TV and comfy places to relax while you wait for repairs or complete purchase and the cars in the yard were well priced, very impressed with Toyota Whangarei! A!!! I give them a 10 ;) and all the stars!

Absolutely fantastic service at this branch. i was always advised not to go to dealerships for maintenance, but the advice was wrong. these guys were so awesome, and i cant praise or recommend them highly enough. Have been ripped off so many times over the years by garages, so decided to take a chance on higher costs etc, but it turned out to be better value by far, and the staff were incredibly helpful. thank you so much to the whangarei toyota crew. we will be back.
