DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They drilled 8 unnecessary holes into our 3000 brand new washing machine to sit the dryer on top of it and told us they are professionals. After we contacted the washing machine manufacturer and we been told that no holes should be drilled to our washing machine. We then rang Roland Qian, the business owner talking about compensation he just hang up on our calls. We obtained the damage assessment report but the Qian can no longer be reached. They had block both me and my wife’s phone numbers. They told us they are registered electricians so we called the National Electrician Register Board and found out not only they are not professional but also the business owner Qian was a liar. We were advised by the New Zealand Consumer Protection Agency to bring it to the dispute tribunal. People like them should not trade in New Zealand when they are not really qualified here! Huge disappointment!

Blocked our phone number and can no longer be reached by our numbers after we said to then that their work has been assessed and the cause of damage should be compensated. Worst tradesman we’ve ever experienced. They should not be trade in New Zealand when they are not qualified in this country.

Made arrangements to look at my front load washing machine and he came over the next day. Spent just over half hr to replace the belt and a wire. He's down in my address book for my regular appliance man now, I'm so happy with the professional polite service.

Very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service in our local area. Also a very nice person to deal with, especially as I had to change the arrangement twice, (sorry about that!). Have used this service twice now, for an oven and just recently for a washing machine-both times totally fixed our broken appliances with no further issues. Would highly recommend.

Great, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly service from this tradesperson. My dishwasher stopped working on a Saturday and Roland came the same day and diagnosed the problem. I thought I might get a new one but changed my mind and after the weekend called him again. He came the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. The dishwasher is now working like new.
