We used NZ House Surveys Hawkes Bay for an inspection on our new property in January. I was amazed at how quickly it was completed and a fully detailed report sent to us, especially as the property was rural. Dave covered everything in great detail with photos and even followed up with a phone call. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use again.

I recently used NZ House Surveys Hawkes Bay to inspect two properties I was interested in. Real story here is that after my first experience with NZ House surveys, I went back again. Dave identified some aspects I hadn't spotted myself - such as a few original wooden piles right in the middle of the house which hadn't been replaced due to poor accessibility. Other stuff included: Paint pots sitting in a roofspace catching drips, rotting timber framing, structural supports that are shown in council drawings but physically missing. I am happy to recommend NZ House Surveys Hawkes Bay.
We have recently used NZ House Surveys HB for a building report. We found Dave was honest, efficient and great to deal with. He was fantastic at returning calls and following up with emails. His report was thorough and detailed with good pictures and was received less than 24 hours after the house was inspected!
