I really trust this company which is so important when picking movers. A lot of unreliable companies out there.
Very poor experience - my move was less than 1 km so the crew had the attitude of it doesn't need to be wrapped or hardly protected on this short trip. The headboard was not wrapped and carried out to truck but the guy realised after starting it was too heavy - set the finished wood side directly on the asphalt and marred the finish - I tried to reach out to sales team and was ghosted - funny how they call you back when it is about a new job, but not when there are problems - avoid this company.
Had the privilege of having Mel, Keanu and Johnson deliver our furniture from Sydney. What a great team. Took great care with our furniture. Friendly and nothing was too much hassle. Thank you team. Dealt with Mayank in the office. Utterly professional. I was kept informed all the way. Great all-round service.
Stay away from this company! Do not use them. They damaged property, they damaged our contents. They were arrogant about it when we made insurance claims. Had no follow up calls at all through the whole process. Never got made aware of when our contents made it to storage. Absolutely hopeless. Pay more and save yourself the stress from this company.
Had a really bad experience. They never follow up on calls or emails and they quoted me a "good price" but 3 weeks later they change the quote to double the price. Waisted so much time and left me running around trying to find another moving company. Be very careful when dealing with them.

Excellent service and a great team of people to deal with at NZ Van lines, both in the office and on the ground when it came to uplifting our effects. Everything was efficient and went to plan, an our effects arrived safely and on schedule in France. Highly recommend!
