Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had dealing with the incompetence of this firm. Completely incorrect measurements, with no acceptance of responsibility for this. They changed the colour with no consultation even though we were matching with some existing frames. The customer service was appalling. We cannot believe they are still in business.
Terrible experience! I would recommend you steer well clear. Significant extra costs added late when it was too late to change windows company. Massive delays from what was promised which caused extra costs on other sub trades and extra rent for us. Measured incorrectly and got windows wrong in terms of obscurity or not and on it goes. This is the only negative review we've given on any of our tradies, or anyone ever, such is our disappointment.
