I returned goods today. The young man never asked why I had put the trews on the counter with the purchase ticket and my cards. He just pushed them off the trews and said ok. When he finally decided to pay attention I said I was returning them. In a very loud voice he said why didn't you say. Now all the customers round ne we watching. Next he in the same loud voice said you could exchange them. My reply again was I wish to return them as they didn't fit well. Once again in his very loud voice he said why didnt you say. By now all eyes were on me. I have never been yelled in your store. I'll consider if I'll bother to call again

A guy at electric section wasn't attentive or didnt give me comfortable customer service. I was the only one customer at the time but he didnt say anything like hi or how are you to me. So I said to him HI and what i'm looking for but kinda he looked down on me and then wasn't a Professional service even though he seemes like in charge of the section at the time. Really disappointed by him today.
