We were very impressed with Martyn's Cycles. The service was excellent, one of the two bikes we had serviced went better after their work than it did when new, they also gave us a lot of extra useful information, highly recommended

Amazing customer service, good old fashioned service. A family member had a car key problem when they were travelling and stopped in Oamaru and the Martyns helped sort the problem out. They were very patient and did not make me feel I was a nusance although I called several times from Christchurch. I cannot thank you enough. If I could give you more stars I would.

Highly recommended for good old fashioned service. I think it's a family run business and they go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Same prices as larger shops, but with the added bonus of genuine caring service. Have recommended to friends and family.

I bought a bike on trademe and needed to get it shipped up from oamaru to wellington - got the seller to drop it off here, and these guys boxed it up and arranged a courier for a very reasonable price. Very helpful, easy to deal with and good communication throughout.

Rude ignorant staff member doesnt even acknowledge customers waiting in line, not even " I'll be with you shortly". No business from me, I walked out disgusted.
