I don't usually worry about leaving reviews on places but I thought I would for this experience. I was driving down from the North Island to Invercargill but decided to stop in Oamaru to have a look at laptops for Uni. I walked in, was politely greeted straight away, the lady who greeted me talked me through my options for laptops within my budget, took me through the ins and outs, pros and cons, was extremely patient with me as I had loads of questions and every answer she gave was detailed and informative. The customer service she gave was probably the best I have ever recieved in any retail environment and I just want to say thankyou for this great experience!

Toni was our assistant. She is very knowledgeable about all the products we asked about. Cell phone, go pro and tablet. Her pr was very good, and her dress and grooming matched the image of the professional retailer she was. I would like her to teach other Noel Leeming staff at other branches the importance of knowledge of product and retailmanship. She spoke clearly. We ended up buying all 3 items. Thanks Toni
