Worst service I have gotten within the scope of my life. Went for a normal washing for my ski jacket, asked and confirmed whether they can do normal cleaning for it, and got it back dry cleaned which destroyed waterproof coating. Had to argue with the manager for 40 minutes to get half the refund for the cleaning price and reproofing. Wouldn't revisit if it was the last dry cleaners in this nation. Would rate it 0/10 but the rating only goes as far down as 2/10.
Lovely lady Elsa running the show. Everything comes back clean, even after my favourite shirt was caked in mud.
