I am so blown away by the service of this company. I placed my order. Got an email to say order placed, another personally written email thanking me for my order another email same day to say it had been dispatched and another email to say it had been delivered and it was. The very next day. I then had an email thanking me, hoping I enjoy my product and a voucher for 5% off my next order. Could not recommend high enough. I would definitely be using their service again. Keep up the great work guys!

Placed an order (and paid) on the 8th March for a product showing as in-stock on the web platform. Received an email stating the product is on "back-order" and would take "2-3 weeks to be fulfilled" - not sure how you can advertise and take payment for products "in stock" and then fail to fulfil. Disappointing experience all round so far.
