Great place to play. Very well laid out area for kids featuring some of the vegetables as characters throughout the playground. Swing sets,slides etc all of the things you would expect from a good playground. Then there's an adult work at area with machines that you can use to exercise. Bicycles, steppers, runners etc. Great access down to the river where you can sit and listen to it. And then there's a whole obstacle course area that the kids loved running around but could also be used as an adult to improve your fitness or do other activities. Over all a great place to stop very well planned out and managed.

Exceptionally well presented little park, to stretch the legs on a longer trip. Shady spots for a picnic too. Great photo opportunities and nice information boards about the produce grown in the area. Toilet facility is state of the art and very clean.

A great place to visit -we stopped in here to break up a long drive from Auckland to Feilding. There are plenty of clean, tidy shaded areas for a picnic as well as lots of playground activities, a BMX track and exercise equipment. Something for all ages and abilities -the colourful characters make this a cheerful, happy place. Clean public toilets and good parking too

This is a really well designed park with activities suitable for all age groups and family fun. We took a picnic lunch & used the lovely shaded lunch tables. An excellent stop for children to release some of that energy after a long drive. Some very good photo opportunities with oversized vegetables! The carrot zoom car was a winner with our grand children!
