Amazing produce! Picked up a Big Bag of the gnarly looking heirloom tomatoes, along with kale, cavolo nero, carrots etc. Just had a fresh tomato linguini with sous vide herbed chicken and it was superb. Did nothing to the tomatoes except puree, skins and all, add basil & salt and reduce the puree to intensify. Tossed the chicken through and served on homemade linguini. Really, REALLY good tasting tomatoes! I am a regular.
