A first time visit to Levi’s store in Onehunga outlet mall last Tuesday 13th of April , I was served by Arun , frankly speaking it’s rare to see such a great service and well versed , knowledgable , friendly sales person , great experience .. Thank you Arun .

Great factory outlet shop for Levi's. Quite hard to find men's small sizes, though. Staff members are friendly and accommodating; however, during busy shopping times, you can see the stress in their faces.

Went looking for a pair of new jeans, left with 3 pairs that is a perfect fit. Emma was amazing to help find the best fit for me. The 541 "Athletic fit" just right for me, in both classic blue and black.

Staff are very good and managed truck loads of crowds yesterday. Today the guy who served me was very patient and resolved the issue I had quickly. Happy to shop again on a quite day. Lots of choice.
