Doctor is great but reception girl never pick up the phone she want to hang up the phone as soon as possible and never listen properly if we ask her for medicine even she didn’t fax the medicine to pharmacy I feel they should change the stuff because she’s not trying to help anyone I fell they should bring the old lady used to work at the counter she’s was really nice person and always pickup the calls and try to fix the problem.

Dr Kashap is very nice but the practice team never answers the phone. I'm now in a situation where, for the second time in recent months, I am left without my long-term medication due to them simply being unwilling to answer calls.

Doctor is great but the Indian lady on reception has an attitude problem, she wants to hang up the phone as soon as possible and doesnt want to listen to your query completely, i have been trying to ring this clinic everyday for the last week but no one picks up the call, left a message but no reply, i am really worried now why i enrolled myself here since i cant speak to anyone to book an appointment, i have been to this clinic and actually seen the receptionist ignoring phone calls, please do something about this or we will unnecessarily miss the service of such a wonderful doctor due to a stupid receptionist.

If i could rate less i would. Diffucult to deal with and made me feel like a hassle.huge cockroaches runing across the floor in doc office.i pointd it out to him when my baby almst grabd it. Didnt even care. Dont go here

Doctors are always very very good but the people at reception are terrible.....so rude,never helpful n always talking to each other n laughing.customers have to wait......would never recommend......poor.
