Fantastic! The 2 times I have been in there, I have dealt with Laura.( New prescription sunnies, and then replacement lenses.). A true professional! ,so friendly/ positive , efficient , & bent over backwards to ensure I was 100% happy , both times. Will def be returning! Thankyou :)
Got new glasses recently and every thing was perfect. Would highly recommend Thames Branch. I will definately be back next time I need my eyes tested.
I went to OPSM today with a current prescription. I received the lovliest reception from Amba. She was helpful, understanding and made the whole experience great. I have been putting my visit off for weeks!! Thank you Amba!

Be aware when you have your eyes tested at OPSM Thames. They provide inappropriate incorrect advice, waste your time and delay diagnosis. Especially when you drive a long way to visit them and only to find out you should never have chosen OPSM Thames in the fist place. It is very frustrating I have to choose 1 star. This store deserves zero stars or negative rating.
