I recently contacted this company, primarily in a professional capacity offering my help for their website but also as I was interested in possibly getting a dog this Christmas, which is how I'd come across their website in the first place. Their reply to my email: "GFY" i.e. go f yourself. How extremely rude and unprofessional. Screenshot attached.

In August 2019 we purchased a 6 year old Westie female dog called Sophie for 1000 from Rose at Oasis kennels. We are an older couple and had just lost our Spoodle and decided against buying a puppy. We were told Sophie had had 3 litters but we were assured she was in good health. Very soon after we got her home she started coughing which we were told was probably kennel cough and not to worry she would get over it. We had her vaccinated for kennel cough etc as soon as we got her home. The cough didn’t go away and our vet gave her a thorough examination, blood tests and xrays which showed she had congenital heart disease and would require ongoing medication at a cost of 120 per month. I phoned Rose asked if she would refund our 1000 or at least a part refund. Her response was there was nothing wrong when Sophie left her place, my vet said the dog would have had this problem for a very long time .Rose said bring the dog back and you can have a refund but how could we as we had bonded with her and loved her.and as dog lovers how could we take her back not knowing what would become of her. Unfortunately the medication is no longer working and Sophie is going back fast no longer able to walk very far and it looks likely we are going to loose our dear Sophie . I would advise anyone dealing with Oasis kennels to be extra careful and certainly would not advise purchasing a West Highland Terrier with the possibility of congenital heart disease in her bloodline. Sadly our lovely Sophie has been put to sleep today her condition had worsened so that she could now barely breathe exactly 8 months today from when we got her.
