We are very unhappy with the service Otago Paining Solutions provided us. Accordingly we will not be using, or recommending their services in future. -\tPaint sanding dust all through our house during prep stage -\tWrong paint colour used...... (the correct colour was specified in email 3 times) -\tCigarette butts left all around the exterior of our house -\tStill incomplete paint job on some windows after two return visits to correct -\tContractors not telling us when they arrive and leave We were even made to feel that it was our fault for not noticing they were using the wrong colour paint shade when we initially brought it up... appalling. For the above list of grievances we got a 23% discount on the final invoice to keep the wrong colour paint and be done with the whole fiasco.
