The doctors are awesome, well specifically Dr megala who was the only female doctor (no longer there), patients were never consulted as to regards of a female doctor replacement or alternative. Dr Lee is amazing very thorough with the work that he does and is consistent too. The reception staff need to improve on their professionalism.

Need to improve on customer service and patients order they arrive! Specially if kids come who are sick need to be attended on priority list along with elders with high risk to their health. Receptionist

Reception needs some peoples skills that's for sure, and the guy that sits behind them! Too much cultural differences. English is certainly not their fortay!

I have been in 3 times on 3 different days to see if i could see my doctor. Not once did i get any guidance to how i should proceed and the receptionist stared at me like she had no idea what i was talking about. I left frustrated and waited for a few hours to call to see if i can book into an appointment, the man who answered did not let me say 5 words and said if it is urgent station road will help me. I said i just wanted to see my doctor for a perscription to help with a toe infection from an ingrown toenail. I have surgury coming up for it and i simply wanted something to help with the infection. Rude manners and unprofessional.
