Great customer service!! As we had to cancel our cruise due to me getting pregnant and the cruise company we were travelling with having a cut off period, Our Cruise made it simple and easy for this to happen, lots of communication and they did all the hard work for us. Will happily use again once we can cruise again. Thanks

Hi Liz, We had a great trip, the weather was brilliant and we were greatly impressed with Holland America Line – Veendam. This was our sixth cruise and the first with Holland America and we would travel with them again. We were most impressed with the staff, so helpful and courteous, always had a smile. Also the Captain was always seen around the ship and kept us informed each day regarding distance travelled etc. Was most impressed to see him at the bottom of the gangplank when we had a rather hazardous gangplank to disembark on due to a high tide. Was quite difficult for some people. He was there with many other staff to help and see everyone was okay. In the cities we visited New York, Boston and San Diego we used the Hop on Hop Off bus to get a feel of the city, then from there visited things we wanted to see under our own steam. All in all an excellent trip, thank you very much Liz for all your help and recommendations and even when things didn't quite go to plan you managed to come up with solutions. A huge thank you to Nirmala and the group at OurCruise. My recent trip to Europe involved Air, Land and Sea travel. It was complicated even more when dramas unfolded in Brussels, my arrival City. Nirmala was on to it immediately to make alternate arrival arrangements and train tickets to my final destination. To travel alone can often be a daunting prospect, but I knew , should anything untoward happen, my Agent was just a text away and things would be put right.
