I needed to arrange shipping items from one location in NZ to two different locations. I am based in Sydney. Kent at Pack and Send Tauranga was so helpful and professional at all times and once payment was made the items arrived to their destinations within one and two business days ( I was stunned!). Will definitely use again.
We would highly recommend this business. We sent two boxes of personal effects to Melbourne for our grandson in the middle of their lockdown. It was no problem to Kent and team. We were kept informed the whole time and advised when the boxes arrived. Excellent service.
Shipped Canvas Artwork. Amazing service, super friendly and polite and my artwork arrived super quick and professionally packaged within 8 days from NZ to USA. I'd highly recommended and use them in future! Ps price may seem a bit steep for some, but its really worth it, and they offer insurance

I feel the owners of Pack & Send Tauranga were efficient communicators, responding by return email quickly and providing quotation as requested. When dropping off my package they even provided added bubble wrap to ensure its safe arrival. I would definitely use them again for sending important parcels internationally.
