It's actually a bigger shop when you go in, it looks small at first. Clean. Easy to find things. Parking not bad for my motorhome a little hard to park late afternoon.Staff were very friendly and happy. I'd be happy to go back there. Paeroa is a motorhome friendly town love it.

Price tickets always missing especially in frozen foods upright freezers. Deli display is so boring. Could make much more if increased the selection
The great service at countdown makes up for the lack of some products found in other countdowns. The check out staff like Rhoda, Joy, Liz, Audrey, Leanne to name a few are always smiling and helpful and the fantastic on line team led by Margaret always guarantees a smooth and friendly delivery service. Thank you guys!

Paeroa Countdown would be the most disorganized supermarket I ever been in--meat section is a disaster and over pruced- Deli and Friut leave me speechless--onky saving grace are the checkout girks--prefer to go to Waihi NewxWorld.

Was good, no e friendly staff etc, but then I checked my docket as bought extra of an item because it was on special, only to find half way home I got charged more than the usual price per each, sadly now just feel ripped off We are rural so not worth driving back!!
