We had the most amazing stay here. The view from the apartment was spectacular and breath taking. Theo was an amazing host and went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. He even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our anniversary. We loved using the kayaks and fishing rods with some tips from Theo we had alot of fun. The location is just perfect - private and a short walk at low tide around the rocks to Paihia. Thank you for everything we will be back.

Without question this was the best place we have ever stayed. It was simply wonderful. The view of the ocean reminded me of the south of France. The grounds were fabulous with so many flowering plants combined with native New Zealand plants. The home was large and airy, appointed with great high-quality details and furnishings. It's a short walk to town though you'd never know it based on zero noise and no direct line of sight. You are nestled in a private cove and you feel secluded though you are from from it. The property comes with kayaks, a spa, washer/dryer, a complete kitchen, a large BBQ area, tons of outdoor furniture on a deck as wide as the building overlooking the amazing greens and blues of the water. If you're not a multi-millionaire and want to feel like you are.... rent this place.

Fabulous place to stay. Welcomed with sparkly grape juice, so nice after a long trip. Studio was immaculate (and I'm fussy)! Warm and cozy. The views were stunning. Loved the private beach & the option to use kayaks. Will definitely come again. Thank you.

The Beachview Apartment is basically like a 5* Presidential Suite! Huge space, amazing views, massive balcony, free kayak use, sauna, super comfortable bed, spotless clean, great powerful shower, amazing hosts (Theo welcomed us with some bubbles as we were celebrating our engagement)! They have thought of everything and there are some really interesting ornamental bits and pieces scattered around. This is certainly one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! 10/10 :)

Outstanding hosts! Property has lots to offer with a private beach below which is great for kids to swim and fishing. Kayaks available free of charge. Property has fruit growing - oranges, limes, feijoa’s. we used a few limes for cooking, best limes I’ve had in my life. The views from the house is like looking out at paradise. Why would anyone ever want to leave this place?!
