Such an amazing place for my Marshie to go to through the days and to stay when we go away. So lucky to have the team at Chesterhope looking after him so well and with so much care and love.

Went to Hawkes Bay from TAURANGA for the weekend. Booked dog into Chesterhope for one day of doggie day care. Staff were pleasant and all was good until several days later dog developed kennel cough even though had recently been vaccinated. Rang Chesterhope to tell them and they said kennel cough is rife in Hawkes Bay and ‘it’s everywhere’. Well it’s not in TAURANGA and they knew we were coming from there. Very angry. They should have told us and we could have made other arrangements.
Biscuit has arrived back from his Easter holiday very happy, clean, calm (as he can be) and in great condition. Thanks for taking such good care of him.

Sass and Marshall love attending Daycare at Chesterhope. Di, Paige and their Staff are wonderful and care for all dogs that attend. Our two dogs wait by our front door each morning eager to go to daycare. They come home exhausted and we know they have had a fun day with their ‘mates’.
Would not recommend. Very unfriendly staff. Dropped our pup off here and they gave him his lunch in a plastic container rather than a bowl and he chewed it up. Don't usually let my dog eat plastic so I wasn't very stoked, and the staff just laughed. He also came home and drank a bowl and a half of water so unsure if they gave him any. Definitely wouldn't go back.
