Ross is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable health professionals I have met. He takes the time to ensure you are well educated on the process of adjustments and back health which is very reassuring. The reception staff also have outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Highly Recommended!

When I first began to consider chiropractic care I will admit I was a bit nervous. After seeing an osteopath for a couple of years when I lived in Wellington, I thought that the way they ran would be something totally different to what I was used to. However from my first interaction with Chiropractic HQ I knew right away that I would have nothing to worry about, I was told by Megan on the phone (who does an amazing job at making you feel welcome) that any questions or concerns could be asked and answered. The added bonus is that I didn’t even need to ask, as she laid everything out on the phone right then and there. When I came in for my first appointment, all the staff were incredible wonderful, both Megan and Ross made me feel comfortable and immediately welcomed. I truly had no questions to ask as they did such a thorough job at explaining everything there and even came up with a plan for treatment specific to what I needed relief with. After only two appointments, I feel valued and listened to, and I am looking forward to the future of a pain free body. Thank you so much to all the team at Chiropractic HQ, you are all doing such an amazing job, and care about your patients, I could not be happier.
