Traveled 2 hours to Pick up a 33.000 used 2013 Ford Transit van from the Palmerston North Courtesy Ford car sales yard. unfortunately on arrival, we were greeted with a vehicle with a heavily stained interior consisting of cow and sheep sh#t. meanwhile the sales person started spouting pre-scripted sales pitch's like " you need to lower your expectations when purchasing a used vehicle"or "you need to make a quick decision because someone else is interested". if your thinking about purchasing a used vehicle from Palmerston North courtesy Ford.... HARD PASS

Got a new warrant for life when I brought my vehicle but I don't know if I'm willing to wait 2hrs for it again next year.. big bonus about the wait was the coffee machine reading the Dom and the Standard and checking out the new vechiles in the showroom. Always good to talk with Credence while you are there as well.
