We have had terrific help and service from Ryan at Godfreys. The whole team is helpful. We have 6 dogs, not alot of budget due to same 6 dogs lol. Ryan took us through our options and the decision was ours. The vacuum we bought is superb. Our son went to Ryan for help with his machine. In this case, he was thrilled because Ryan was able to help him get the necessary parts and service for his machine and correct the erroneous info he was given Welington way. Thanks guys.

Very disappointed in the 'customer service' today. The young man who attended to us was very polite but not very helpful. We'd like one of those please, pointing to a vacuum cleaner on display (not a cheap one either I might add here, it was over a grand). "I don't think we have any of those in stock" was the reply; we asked how soon before another would arrive - "I don't know' was the reply and then he stood there like a burnt stump! Interestingly enough, our son and Daughter in law advised us that the team at Godfreys PN didn't seem interested in selling them the same model despite having it on display as they had a similar experience as us. Well Godfrey's PN, you didn't want our money - Noel Leeming were more than happy to take it. Here's a piece of free advice; if you don't want to sell a Dyson - don't display them. And to the young man who attended us, customer service in this case would have been, I'm not sure how long it will take us to get one in for you but let me find out' - BOOM! That is customer service ... not that it matters; we won't darken your door again but you will get free publicity although not the kind you're after.
