Lets Face It - this is possibly the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. My booking was confirmed via email 17-days in advance. The email included the following: “You’ll get a text 3 days prior reminding you of your appointment, followed by a text the day before asking you to confirm your appointment”. Neither of these things happened, I had no reply to my two emails prior, and when I called on the day I was told by a very rude young female (Claire Tuttiett the Manager) “ya know wort, things have changed, we can’t do it”. This was an utter waste of my time. If you have ever thought about topping yourself and haven’t quite the courage to do so, contacting Jan or Claire at Lets Face It in Palmerston North ought to do the trick! Lets Face It - avoid this business at all costs and take your custom elsewhere. Unfortunately small businesses that operate like this give Palmerston North the reputation it has!

I had a 10/10 haircut experience with Sophie! She listened to what i wanted and delivered, she knew exactly what she was doing. Not only that, but they also have reasonable prices! Definitely recommend!
