Communication Customer Service Job speed Price Satisfaction I came in on the previously Friday after my 06 Xtrail had check engine on. I asked for an OBD scan and they found the issue. During this time I had brought food from home because I was hungry. I asked them if they could microwave my food and they did so without any issues. I had a great lunch and free coffee in the guest lounge watching some Ellen Degeneres Fast track to the Monday appointment (as they had told me the parts had come in already) and they managed to fix my car up, with the parts required, in about 2 hours while I entertained myself perusing the home and decor shops. The customer service and friendliness was above and beyond. P.s. thanks for the lollies One happy dude. Thanks guys !! ️

I came from Whanganui to view and purchase my Navara from Mark. Nothing was too much trouble, no problem with me test driving it to Whanganui and back, price negotiated fairly, added the bits I wanted without a mumble (canopy, tuff deck and tow bar), ready when they said it would be... then even bought the factory roll bar off me two months later because I'll leave the canopy on. An all around marvelous experience buying from Manawatu Nissan!!
