I had the lens fall out of my glasses multiple times (even losing the screw), yet OPSM has always fixed it for me in less than 2 minutes - professional, quick, and even go the extra mile to clean my glasses before handing them back to me. 10/10 recommend.

Superb eye test from a very personable optometrist. I think his name is Rahul. Staff are also very approachable and friendly. Good selection of frames with wide range of price points to suit every need.

I would have given a 0 star. But there is no option for it. We were late for 5min for eye check for our son and despite having no one else (customer) in the shop, arrogantly turned us away. Explained that we were held in traffic from home which was 1 1/2hr away but guess some people are just not made for customer service. Would not recommend at all. Stay away from arrogant service staff.

I've had outstanding service from Ammar (optician) and the team at OPSM Palmerston North. Ammar has bent over backwards to assist me in my transition to wearing glasses for the first time. I've been back a couple of times for adjustments as I adapt to my bespectacled lifestyle. I didn't find myself pushed into having to buy glasses but rather, informed of my options and then supported through my choice. I was so confident of Ammar's capability that both my children have had their eyes tested by him as required. Keep up the great work at OPSM Palmerston North!

Sorry but I would not recommend using OPSM the service and after service definitely wasn't up to what I would have expected after the amount I had spent. My advice if you do use them is be very mindful of there 30 day policy .I had revisited 3-4 times saying I was having trouble with the frame and the glasses on a whole and in fact told them I was so disappointed and that these were the worst glasses I had ever had. the young girl went and straightened them again as that was all they ever did and when she returned my glasses to me told me that my 30days was up and they weren't prepared to do anything more , and walked away. It has been nearly 2yrs now and I have had replace them at a post of 600.00 as the (R) lenses has completely separated and has apparently had some sort of a chemical reaction, I took them to Specksavers ( where the service was outstanding) they showed my glasses to all there technicians as they had never seen anything like.
