The customer service was great. Lovely setting. I had full Brazilian wax and unfortunately did not have a very good experience after the service, after I had left. I don't know if its because the procedure was done with the hot wax and cotton straps? Whereas my past experience has never had the hot wax ripped off with cotton. They'd let the wax cool then remove the hardened wax without cotton. I had weeping of the skin for a couple of days and then full on peeling skin. I think maybe the wax was too hot when it was removed with cotton, and the area getting waxed has very sensitive skin. Otherwise, the ladies were lovely and had other services that looked amazing. Just my experience wasn't.
