BUYER BEWARE - Happy to be contacted by any potential purchaser. I don't believe in giving 1 star reviews, but in this case it is very much deserved. Very disappointed with this company as they were recommended to me. They were very helpful until I got my numbers only to find that every third number was disconnected, and even numbers that were connected had moved over 6 years ago. I have called and have left messages over 5 times and have sent many email. I did have one response from Anna informing that she would forward on my concerns, 10 days after this email still no response! Remember you have 4 weeks to use the numbers after that the numbers need to be washed again, so would of thought they would of dealt with this ASAP. I have now requested a full refund! I do not recommend this company. I am unable to respond to your reply, so I am responding here: - I have not received any emails, only one from Anna to imply that she will forward information. I have called at least 5 times and no answer on the phone either. Prior to this there was no problem in communication via email or phone. Happy for you to call me to explain. Please make contact as this is all I have been asking for you to do, so you can resolve this matter. I have just read a previous review, and once again the same problem where you said you had responded but they didn't receive a response either, this seems to be a pattern. Dishonesty doesn't do anyone any good. Update. The previous other 1 star review this company received has been taken down, as he made a deal in which the owner said he would contact me too, in which he did not. I am now reporting this company to the office of fair trading as I have given them ample of time to resolve this issue, which they have decided to ignore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He is not a man of his word.
