Utterly incompetent. The last two packages that have been delivered were dumped outside my house in terrible locations. The first was a bright blue package left on the boot of a car in front of my house, completely visible from the road, but not my driveway unless I walk right to the gate. The second package was dumped outside my back gate, which is rarely used. I discovered it two days after it was delivered. It was not clearly visible and this was a fragile package. I did not see it as it was out of the way. It was a fluke that it was discovered at all. The really annoying thing is that I have a gate across my driveway, where packages could easily have been placed on the inside of the gate and would have been seen when opening the gate to go out.

Brought an item from Australia. Item was pick/packed, flown over to NZ and cleared customs in less time than PBT are taking to bring the parcel from Wellington to Hamilton. The service is appalling. Items seem to sit for weeks and weeks at their regional depots. No communication from the company in response to finding out where it is. Pretty sure they have lost it. They have had it for nearly a month and it still hasn't arrived. Really really bad experience and not the first time. Companies - do not use PBT to send the items we are purchasing from you.

Absolutely disgusting. Im fairly certain at this point, they've lost my parcel. Have contacted 4 days in a row to arrange re-delivery, each day they can't tell me where my parcel is, but yet I've been told it'll be delivered that day, but here I am still waiting. Now I also have to wait the weekend for my parcel.

Not only did this company left my 800 cellphone at my front door with no authority to leave, they left in it FULL VIEW of the street in a bright yellow plastic bag when there plenty of places to hide it. No effort at all, don't use

PBT brought my tractor from Kaiapoi to Masterton at a great price, quickly and with no fuss. I will use them again in future :-)

Office staff were not particularly keen to help locate a fairly large, named package. As a consequence, I had to wait an extra week to get my delivery. They didn't seem too bothered. Forklift driver was helpful though.

We haven’t received our parcel. These people keep on telling us they have delivered on a particular date but they forgot the fact that we are a business and we have cameras on site. No one from PBT came and delivered our parcel on that date. We need our parcel and explanation what went wrong and apology for wasting our time and giving us so much stress.
