Id rate it no stars if i had my way. Manager Vanessa was rude before i even stepped in the doors. Then talked down to me. Her attitude was off i walked out before my appointment started. No trust in someone that has no respect towards her clients.. Dont work in that profession if you cant be polite!

the staff were lovely. My only concern, which is a big concern, is that I asked for one thing (showed photos) but didn’t end up getting what I wanted. I assume the stylist was relatively new to the hairdressing industry so I gave her the benefit of the doubt however when I got home and really looked at my hair I realised she had charged me 317, for a full head of foils when all she actually Did was half a head (if that)
