I bought a car from them and asked the first thing that will you provide me COF they said Yes at that time confidently but the truth will come when I have done the loan work at my end and they received money but my vehicle still not handed over to me, the reason was they never dealt with COF and RIP me off with extra bill with one-week delays to sorted out the COF. The worst thing is they replied to me that it's above and beyond what they are required to do. Worst experience never gonna go back and buy a car from them. Poor customer service, full of attitude. See the picture below when they handover the car to me.

Always get an independent pre-purchase inspection before buying. Else be contented with what you bought. Jessica will still “repair” your car but not all the problems gets fixed. 6 months later you’re ignored and every visit then becomes yet another empty promise.
