Sadly a poor experience .... was booked at 12 for a procedure . Was asked to come in 15 minutes prior for an X-ray . After X-ray and some superfluous tapping on my teeth I was told they couldn’t do any work today and I needed to rebook . Time was 1203.... Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.... Money was refunded but the damage was done ...... Will never return .... Suggest Smileworks for awesome professionalism and real care starting from the time you ring them

Highly impressed with Dental Associates Papamoa and highly recommend them. When we moved to Papamoa we put a post on the community website for any recommendations as to Dentists. This place was referred to us the most and I can see why. Super friendly Staff and Chris has the most amazing technology I've ever seen a Dentist use (as well as a great manner of explaining things).

I can't praise Dental Associates Papamoa enough. I have been fortunate in having Alex and his assistant Yvonne attend to my dental needs. Alex is very caring and explains everything that he needs to do and puts you at ease. The follow up call the next day to see you are pain free is so appreciated.

I am the biggest wuss when it comes to my teeth, and Namrita is like an angel who made the entire experience comfortable and painless. I was also lucky enough to have Kerry there making me feel comfortable and supported. The entire team is amazing and so welcoming. They are the best, and will never go to another dentist again!

I've been around the world and seen a number of dentists and doctor Alex would be the best ive ever had ,a guy that doesn't see you as a number and a dollar sign and is very interested in your dental health ,very professional and competent, highly recommend.

Excellent dentists (Alex) highly recommend. Alex explains everything very clearly and you can watch exactly what’s happening (if you want to) with the latest technology. Really reasonable rates to boot. Had some bad dentistry experiences and I’m so pleased I’ve found them.

Thanks to Alex, ably assisted by Yvonne, for my recent root canal treatment. I had two teeth done over a number of weeks and I was very impressed with Alex’s technical expertise. The whole process was eased by the friendly, relaxed attitude of the team. I also appreciated the follow up phonecalls the day following each procedure to check how I was feeling - a nice touch!
