The workmanship of the work was good. But when I asked for a quote, they told be around 400. I question it coz it was a big window And he mention it will include everything such as fitting and transportation. Anyhow 10 days later, glass window was repaired and cost was 690. I asked why it was such a big difference in the quote u gave me . His answer was “ you wanted a quote so I gave u a figure, I have no idea how much a piece of glass is “. If he had no idea then why give me a fake quote in the first place - it’s misleading and not professional.

Mount Glass were engaged to install shower glass into two bathrooms in our new build. We did have an issue with shower water leaking from the glass in one of the bathrooms. They did have to come back several times to fix this ongoing issue. But quite happy and willing to solve this problem. They also installed the glass fencing in behind our swimming pool to comply with Council pool fencing requirements. There were also issues here due to a panel completely shattering into the pool. Apparently glass does this but in our case the pool was full of water at the time. Once again they were very willing to get this sorted asap. Their pricing is very competitive and service was reliable.
Have used these guys a number of times. Always quality work.
