Great place for families. My boy turn 7 today and he wanted to try ice-skating. He loved it. Fell a few times, determined to make use of his school holidays and enjoy his birthday

Great place to skate! You can hire frames and stop in their cafe to warm up or for some food and coffee! It’s good that they clean the ice up every few hours or so making it easier to skate after.

Going ice-skating is a great experience for kids, and the staff are friendly enough. However, when was the last time this place got an upgrade? It looks the same way it did when I last visited. They still have the same ugly metal frames. No effort has been put into making this space more user-friendly. For example, put some soft rubber coverings around the handles of the metal frames, to minimise the impact of accidental falls where people could hit their face on the handles. Have some decent floor coverings around the sides of the skating rink with better lighting. This is a good facility, but like I've said, there's ways to make the experience more enjoyable.

Paradise ice skating is the best ice skating I’ve ever done. They have a diner with pretty decent food and they clean the ice about 1 or 2 times while your there. The skates are very nice and come in all different sizes. I would advise it for youngsters over the age of 5. Everyone had a good time. No one got hurt. We paid for an upgrade on our skates. Definitely a good idea, as even these skates were not amazing quality.
