This is belated review of the service that we received from their sales person G.I. G came to the property to measure the size. When the work was done, I found out that the kitchen floor was not changed. Can you imagine that you expect everything would be nicely done and find out one part of the floor was left with the old one? OMG...I thought. I contacted G. He did not get back to me at once, he never apologised for his mistake. The quote that I assumed all was included was wrong. Kitchen floor was NOT included! I couldn't believe it. So, I asked him to send me a quote for doing the kitchen area, but the price was ridiculously high. We did not use their service anymore. Lesson learnt, check the quote always item by item and do not assume that they would do the job properly as you agreed at consultation stage and you saw him measuring the floors. I wonder how often this kind of thing happens in the building/interior industry. You trust that they would do the job properly and then it turns out that they left some bits not done. In order to fix one bit, it would cost a lot more, but you have to do but no other choice. That would be a nightmare.
