My young son and I visited this store. We were greeted by a lovely man but boy are some of those ladies in there rude. Never again will we visit that store. It's so expensive as well.

Half the staff are friendly & helpful. The other half are unfortunately on some power trip & are only nice to those giving donations. If you get the right staff, its a good experience

Most expensive charity shop in Kapiti. Otaki much better value and friendlier staff. Woman behind counter was positively snarky. Great cause shame about the shop. I'll stick to Levin Tawa and Otaki.
