What a great find... I like European railways and Kiro has good access to the best brands, and pricing is very competitive compared with ordering directly from Europe where the postage is usually way too high. Great service as well. Plus you are supporting a worthy cause.

Live in another city. For a variety of personal and financial reasons I lack regular internet access (Apart from my phone and I just use that for emails and social media.) and thus shun online financial transactions like buying online. Saw a product on store's website I liked. I texted and rang store owner ('Kiro') and tried to explain my situation, asked if there was another way of having the item purchased and delivered to me. Was shut down on both occasions. In the latter communication I was patronisingly told everyone has the internet. Appalling attitude to would-be customer! Hobby store in my home city has much better attitude, flexibility, empathy and rapport! Senior hobbyists who are not internet savvy and value manners (And there are lots of them.) deserve to be warned about this, for want of a better term, customer service.
