I purchased a new spa earlier this year. The after sales service from day one has been has been outstanding. Unfortunately my spa developed a leak almost straight after it was installed. This was clearly a manufacturing issue and absolutely no fault could be attributed to Kapiti Pools & Spas. Nevertheless they were very apologetic and made no fuss about removing the pool and replacing it with a brand new one. Many thanks to all the team. Jan and I greatly appreciate all you have done for us. I can thoroughly recommend without any hesitation Kapiti Pools & Spas to anyone wishing to purchase a pool. Morris Barling
