Best Deal we found in Kapiti or a front loading washing machine. Good staff.
Brought a fridge from the place, good services very poor at keep in touch about delivery. Our refrigerator was delivery at 7:30 pm way after the Store was closed. Once the fridge was delivered, still couldn't put food in the fridge had no temperature, they delivered it to us with the retail mode still on it. So we rang Samsung for help. Very poor.
I've only ever visited in the weekend. Maybe they just have casual staff rostered on but no one really seems to be able to answer questions without referring to the lone floor person who seems to have all the knowledge. A nice enough store, plenty of stock, easy access and parking but it's all a bit traditional (aka boring) and not very competitively priced. I think it suits a specific type of clientele, probably pensioners, but I'm not quite there yet.

Great staff. Prompt delivery. Happy to accept returns if not fit for purpose. . Bought a TV which would not work off the sat dish. Swapped it out for one that would.
