Had a balayage service today from Rowena. The colour came out exactly as I had hoped. Rowena is very good at what she does and I was delighted with the result (she gives an amazing head massage too!)

Very nice people but not what I wanted. Only had a few Grey's on top and wanted a natural colour similar to my own. Agreed on half head foils but colour was more orangey, thick foils which I don't like and mainly underneath where I don't even have grey. I mean, it's okay but for over 200 to not even have the few Grey's covered which ultimately is all I wanted is disappointing. I may aswell have just saved the money because I still have those Grey's but the only difference now is I don't have my natural colour, I have different shades of brown/brassy orangey colored foils which is the one thing I said I didn't want - multiple tones. Nice people though and good customer service, just not a great hair experience especially for someone who hadn't colored their hair before to have a sub par result is disappointing but I didn't say anything at the time as I was ready to go by that point so my fault.
Well I have to say first of all the lovely Stylist was friendly and professional .... however I do feel let down and conned with the “first time client packages Vivo offer”, yes they say on their website extra charges may apply for longer, thicker hair or extra product required, but I really didn’t expect my average shoulder length hair to cost WAY more than the 199 package of full head of foils (and I highly doubt anyone will ever get it at that price!) Long story short it ended up costing more than 199 for half a head of foils and no olaplex treatment. I truely believe it’s unfair advertising and they put people in a difficult position once they are seated in the salon. I understand this was NOT The stylists fault. The colour wasn’t quite as I expected, they offered another toner but that’s about as far as they will go to put it right. The Vivo experience wasn’t as it should be.
Surprise on additional charges not listed for "first time package" and then had to pay our usual stylist to fix the hair cut. Really disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at Vivo. Both my daughters had their hair cut and coloured by Ben. My eldest got a perfect balayage and cut that was recommended by Ben, it was not only age appropriate but very flattering for her face shape. My youngest went for a cut and pink hair and it looks absolutely amazing. Ben wasn’t happy when he first finished it so he went to work to perfect it and he did! The attention to detail and final product is outstanding. The welcoming atmosphere and the friendliness of the entire team is just so lovely. We were made to feel at ease and they do go the extra mile. Will not go to another salon, we have found our forever salon
Adrianna cut and coloured my hair. What a genuinely lovely person she is, and also a talented colourist and stylist. I was blown away with the result. She took her time to get it right and paid attention to my preferences. Ben, the Manager was welcoming and friendly and tried hard to accomodate my needs. I will be happy to return again. Thank you Vivo team
