Requested an appointment via website, was emailed offering 2 appointments, I confirmed appointment date and time. I turned up early and door was locked, lights off and another lady was also waiting outside who checked her emails and had the same appointment day and time as me. Tried calling number on door went to answer phone confirming the hours and that they should be open. After waiting 20 minutes past the appointment time we both gave up and left. Looks like they don't check their emails as the other woman had also confirmed vla email when offered an appointment. I had responded 2 days before appointment date confirming which appointment I wanted.
