Don't touch these cylinders. They don't last and Rheem the company that has taken over give no support nor honor warranties. Extremely disappointed in an NZ company

Great Company to deal with - helpful staff who sort issues quickly.

Unit is not even 7 years old and needs replacing - plumber said it's a cheap unit and he is not surprised. He'd never recommend them to anyone.

I have installed alot of these cylinders and I have the opposite to most of these reviews so thought I needed to write a review. They are stainless have often 2 elements and 3 thermocouple pockets. Always been the best bangs for bucks in cylinders. No difference in quality from any others I have installed. Owned by Rheem and therefore backed by their warrantees. Guys in the factory really helpful too. If in an area where their is high lime need the inalloy elements and preferably 2kW.

These guys have the most rubbish products - DO NOT BUY. Element goes within three days... thermostat goes within 3 years ... what's next. Ask any plumber... absolute rubbish! If I could give 0 stars I would
