We went into get our ears pierced. Twice I just missed the lady that did it. She was just leaving... I actually saw her leave. The third time, I discussed it with her and she left... I assumed to get the equipment. However she started serving someone else. One if the other staff asked if we needed help and I explained we thought we served by the other lady. After waiting for well over 10 minutes we left...very poor service in our case.
