Ordered first time with this company and extremely disappointed. Even though I could buy everything I wanted as a "buy it now" by the time my order was dispatched only three of the four items were on the list. When I phoned customer services to ask what was going on she gave good information and was extremely helpful.I said the company was lucky to have such a great liason person to deal with disgruntled customers like myself. Why does a company advertise a product for sale and actually not have it available? Would I buy from them again ?... NO I will look for an alternative company instead.

The customer service lady who answers the phone has an absolutely appalling attitude. She was extremely rude when I inquired about my order. Lady you should be grateful you still have a job, there are tons of people who have been made redundant recently due to covid, and I'm sure they would appreciate a job and value customers a lot better than you do. I will no longer be buying anything from you again, and I definitely wont recommend you. You are a disgrace to this Pharmacy.

It was a week after I had placed my order and it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed the company. they responded to my emails very quickly and sorted the problem (there was no house number in my postal address) Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Ordered Saw Palmetto from them. Good price as it costs over 30 in other places. And was packaged well. Was a bit annoyed that it took a while to arrive but the person (I think her name is Te’a) replied back to me and was very kind, friendly and helpful. I’ll be shopping from you guys again
