Incredibly overpriced. On several visits I’ve been astounded at their pricing, with the last a price quoted of 29.99 for blood test strips which the nearest other pharmacy sells for 22 and chemist warehouse at 18 or so. Similar with other products and I’ve realised it’s just pointless trying them. I appreciate not all business are the same, and chemist warehouse is at the low end of the market, but pricing here is not even close to other pharmacies.

While i'm leaving after using NZD POST OFFICE and i didn't use over 90min some New Zealand city towing owners ignored my opinion and just leave me withouy any expain and he just want charge my car over 400NZD

This pharmacy is my go to they are always fast when I need a prescription filled my doctor can even fax it or email it through. When your not feeling well they are all knowledgeable on what the best thing to help you get better is. Located next to countdown means I can order my prescription do my groceries and come back.

The girl with orange coloured hair - you seriously need to learn some customer service skills, at least the basics ie. Acknowledging waiting customers. Understand you were getting mail sorted but seriously a 5-10min wait and you couldn't once say anything.

The prices here are pathetic! You need to re-evaluate your margin/ mark up you put on your products, there are more affordable pharmacists here in Christchurch, and this not one of them. Countdown next door is cheaper on some products they have, although it is a muck around it is worth it if you compare between countdown and this pharmacy. The service is never the greatest every time i visit to which i visit often as it is across from Ara. The asian lady needs to improve her customer service, a smile would further help. There is a young man that has served me with postage he had amazing service and was very helpful. Other than that the service and prices here are SHIT every time i visit, to which i no longer visit them anymore, I go to South city pharmacy, they are more welcoming and inviting
