Very good employer to work for: caring, open, helpful, interesting (you will learn a lot on fruits in general if you are interested and talk with them). Kiwi work is not easy everyday, however, their general way of working and people management skills did make it much more bearable for me. I worked there few months, during the lock down of Covid19 and after it. They took very good care of all their workers, not only in terms of safety regulations but most of all in being available, listening, sharing and helpful with their employees.
