Established in 2014 by retired professional football player Paul Ifill in both the North and South Island, PIFA Paul Ifill Football Academy) is proud to be working with the young footballing talent of today, developing and providing football and academic pathways for the future. PIFA caters for nearly all ages from 3 - 18 years old throughout various footballing programmes. It's Central North Island base accommodates PIFA Juniors (5-10yo), PIFA Part Time Academy (9 - 14yo) - both based at the Trust House Memorial Park Turf, Dixon Street, Masterton and PIFA Full Time Academy, based out at Rathkeale College. It's South Island base for it's Football Development Programme, Part Time academy and Full Time Girls academy is based down in Nelson. Both regions hold holiday programmes regularly - opening them up to all abilities and ages. About Paul: Paul is an ex-professional footballer who has played in the English Premier League, the F.A. Cup Final 2004, the Championship and also the UEFA Europa League against many of the world’s top players. Having played for the Wellington Phoenix FC for the past 5 years, Paul has now gained his coaching qualifications and is currently developing talented NZ players - utilising his footballing contacts across the globe to provide opportunities for the talent he and his coaches are now producing.
